Promotional Gifts, Products or Items, whatever you want to call them they all refer to the same thing (Merchandise that is used in communication and marketing programs, the items will be printed on containing a company’s logo, name or slogan. They are often given away at conferences, trade shows or as part of big marketing campaigns.
If you really think about it pretty much anything can be branded with your company’s logo or name and used in a promotional manner. Promotional Items passed between companies are more than likely to be small practical items, products that are inexpensive to purchase in bulk so they can be handed out in large quantities. Even small enough to post and use in mail shots. It’s basically to a way to get your name out there and become recognised whilst also pleasing the recipient.
